HOW TO *NOT* STAY IN BED ALL DAY?

We all know how difficult it is to get out of bed on a lazy weekend or even on a Monday morning, and especially when it’s all cold and chilly!

But what if your to-do list is three pages long and you’re drowning in work, errands and what not? Need some extra motivation to actually step out of the bed and get your day started – HELL YES!

Now, anything you search on google is going to tell you to take up yoga and meditation and breathing exercises to freshen you up and energize you. And I totally agree with Google. But I also know that solution completely bypasses the actual problem – We DON’T WANT to get OUT of the cozy bed! Right?

So, here’s my trick. And it works!

Dress adorably to bed! That way when you wake up, you want to look at yourself in the mirror (to feed all those vain vain cells in your body), maybe post a ‘bed-head’ pic on snapchat. Don’t deny it, we all do it :p

Really, that’s all there is to it! Once you’re out of bed – you’re halfway there!

And only you know where ‘there’ is!
