They come in different sizes and colours - but just one shape! A style befitting all ages, not nearly as rigid as the universally admired stripe but more youthful and whimsical - the retro Polka Dot! Not many know, but 'polka' means little girl in Polish, and is also an old folk dance native to the region - these roots give it a colourful history in the world of fashion . Initially used to dictate an utterly feminine vibe, then moving on to something more playful n flirty and finally, in this day, a retro style that suits men and women of all ages. It's so versatile and can be styled in so many different ways. Right from trousers n tunics to jumpsuits n dresses, not to mention as a print on accessories - I'm talking wide headbands, cute scarfs and even on sunglasses. They've found acceptance everywhere.
